Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings: super easy prep using food already in your pantry

Tonight we’re making sweet and sour chicken wings that we’ll be eating for the next four nights. That’s 2 servings per night for 4 nights. A total of 32 wings – nom nom nom nom nom! This may not sound like a lot but chicken wings are quite calorie high because of all the skin and fat. We’ll be plating them with mashed sweet potato and sautéed spinach (with a bit of garlic and olive oil).

This poultry creation is not a meal on its own, you will need to add some vegetable sides to round it off.
